The 100% share owner of the oldest of the SYNOT companies - SYNOT W, a.s. is the Cypriot company WCV WORLD CAPITAL VENTURES CYPRUS LIMITED (WCV Cyprus), which resides and operates in Cyprus. The company is managed by a highly qualified board of directors with many years of international experience. WCV Cyprus monitors and indicates the international investment opportunities, coordinates investments of its subsidiaries in different countries and provides them with strategic, economic and financial advisory. WCV Cyprus also prepares methodics and strategic plans for its subsidiaries development and provides them with consultancy during new business opportunities, launching new products or entering new markets.
